Privacy Policy
The current Privacy Policy for Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the uspace.uz website (hereinafter referred to as the Site), located at the domain name uspace.uz, may obtain about the User during the use of the uspace.uz site, its programs, and its products.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Site Administration" (hereinafter referred to as Administration) — authorized employees responsible for managing the uspace.uz site, who organize and/or process personal data, and determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. "Personal Data" — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. "Processing of Personal Data" — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automated means or without using such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" — a requirement mandatory for the Administration or any other person who has gained access to personal data to ensure that they are not disclosed without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.
1.1.5. "uspace.uz Site" — a set of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at a unique address (URL): uspace.uz.
1.1.6. "User of the uspace.uz Site" (hereinafter User) — a person who has access to the uspace.uz site via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products of the uspace.uz site.
1.1.7. "Cookies" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time the user tries to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.8. "IP Address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses the Site.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. Using the uspace.uz site by the User means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms for processing the User's personal data.
2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the uspace.uz site.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the uspace.uz site. The site does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites that the User may access through links available on the uspace.uz site.
2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.
3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration to ensure confidentiality and protection of personal data provided by the User upon request of the Administration during registration on the uspace.uz site.
3.2. Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out forms on the uspace.uz site and includes the following information:
3.2.1. the User's last name, first name, patronymic;
3.2.2. the User's contact phone number;
3.2.3. email address (e-mail);
3.2.4. photograph (if necessary);
3.2.5. current level of education;
3.2.6. information about the subjects of state entrance exams that the User has taken or will take.
3.3. The site protects Data that is automatically transmitted when visiting pages:
- IP address;
- information from cookies;
- browser information;
- access time;
- referrer (address of the previous page).
3.4. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the site that require authorization.
3.5. Any other personal information not mentioned above (visit history, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-disclosure, except in cases provided for in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.
4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. The Administration may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the uspace.uz site for their further authorization.
4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized data on the uspace.uz site.
4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the uspace.uz site, processing requests and applications from the User.
4.1.4. Providing the User with effective technical support in case of problems related to the use of the uspace.uz site.
4.1.5. Providing the User, with their consent, with special offers, news рассылки, and other information on behalf of the uspace.uz site.
4.1.6. Improving the quality of service and providing the user with useful thematic materials regarding higher education, admission, and the user's choice of university.
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING
5.1. Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limit, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
5.2. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized bodies of state authority of the Republic of Uzbekistan only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5.3. If personal data is lost or disclosed, the Administration has the right not to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.4. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unauthorized actions of third parties.
5.5. The Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User has the right:
6.1.1. To make a free decision to provide their personal data necessary for using the uspace.uz site and to give consent to their processing.
6.1.2. To update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes to this information.
6.1.3. The User has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data if such a right is not limited in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The User has the right to demand from the Administration the clarification of their personal data, their blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the declared purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided by the law to protect their rights. It is enough to notify the Administration at the specified email address.
6.2. The Administration is obliged:
6.2.1. To use the obtained information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. To ensure the confidential storage of confidential information, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the transferred personal data of the User in any other possible ways, except for clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. To take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure commonly used to protect this kind of information in existing business practice.
6.2.4. To block personal data relating to the corresponding User from the moment of the User's request or inquiry, or the request of the User's legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the duration of the verification period, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Administration, having failed to fulfill its obligations, is liable for damages incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except for the cases provided for in clauses 5.2 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Administration is not liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party before it was received by the Administration of the Resource.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
7.3. The User is fully responsible for complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including laws on advertising, protection of copyright and related rights, protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials.
7.4. The User acknowledges that the responsibility for any information (including but not limited to: data files, texts, etc.) to which he may have access as part of the uspace.uz site is borne by the person who provided such information.
7.5. The User agrees that the information provided to him as part of the uspace.uz site may be an object of intellectual property, the rights to which are protected and belong to the uspace.uz site or other Users, partners or advertisers who place such information on the uspace.uz site.
The User has no right to make changes, transfer, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the content of the site (in whole or in part), except in cases where such actions have been expressly permitted in writing by the owners of the content in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement.
7.6. With regard to text materials (articles, publications available in the public domain on the uspace.uz site), their distribution is allowed provided that a link to the site is provided.
7.7. The Administration is not liable to the User for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the deletion, failure or inability to save any element of content and other data contained on the uspace.uz site or transmitted through it.
7.8. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from: the use or inability to use the site or individual services; unauthorized access to the User's communications; statements or behavior of any third party on the site.
7.9. The Administration is not responsible for any information posted by the User on the uspace.uz site, including (but not limited to): information protected by copyright without the direct consent of the copyright owner.
8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
8.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
8.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the uspace.uz site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

By continuing to use the site, the User expresses consent to the processing, storage and use of their personal data obtained during the use of uspace.uz services freely, of their own accord and in their interests, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 12, 2002 No. 439-II "On the Principles and Guarantees of Freedom of Information".
